289,000 Square Feet Project Size | $100M Project Cost

This is the first Laboratory in the state to receive LEED certification and among the largest of its size in the United States.   The A/E team was presented with a challenge, because the owner did not have a LEED requirement until after it was designed and construction was underway. Despite this, Staggs & Fisher designed this project for energy efficient operation from the beginning, so only minor changes were required to become certified.
