Staggs and Fisher uses various software packages to create construction documents. The A/E team and owner help decide how the final contract drawings will be created. We also have our own internal programs and routines that help in creating accurate plans and schedules. Owners benefit from this by receiving accurate bids from contractors and fewer change orders during construction.

We also offer server access (FTP) to drawings which helps streamline communication on large projects. Our in house IT department can answer questions and make adjustments based on project requirements.

Staggs & Fisher is very familiar with BIM "REVIT" software. We have completed projects with REVIT 2010, and our company now utilizes the latest Version 2011. Our upgraded I.T. capabilities provide seamless use of BIM when dealing with larger projects.  Staggs & Fisher has experience with using construction project management tools, such as  Constructware and Prolog.  All of these tools allow us to work on projects ranging from single floor renovations to multi-story connected buildings.
